Nice property! Overall a really good stay with easy check in and a nice, clean room. Only thing is that I wish the pool was open later since there isn’t a life guard there anyways.

Nice, clean room

Hot tub was great! The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and was plenty large enough. Bathroom was nice. It’s nice to have microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in room for quick snacks. Seemed pretty quiet at night. Window slats looked nice, but let some light in room at night. That's just my preference as I like a dark room to sleep. Overall, I would recommend.

The area and room were safe. The furniture was rusty and damaged. The soap dispensers were dirty and old. Unfortunately we were placed in a room underneath a big family and it was very noisy.

Stargazer Inn was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the Monterey area and Big Sur. Really comfortable beds, clean rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. Would highly recommend to others looking for a spot to stay in Monterey!

I liked everything about this property. There was great food options near by and walkable distance. The rooms were suuuper cool and comfy. There was a pool and tub, my son loved that! It was quiet and we had our privacy for sure. Definitely recommend this place. There wasn’t complementary breakfast, however, the price was low and reasonable.

Nice rooms. Parking can be hard if they are full. It would be nice if they had towel hooks in the bathroom or room. No place to hang the towels. Noise level is when you can hear everyone walking by or up and down the stairs. Overall was very nice. Nice to have coffee options and hot chocolate in the lobby. Pool and hot tub was the reason we booked. Love it!! My biggest concern was not being advised of $200 deposit until my cancellation period was over. And the deposit can take 1-2 weeks for refund. Which is odd. Never have I had to pay such a high amount for a hotel. Especially one that takes long to refund. This is probably a deal breaker for us to stay here again. Over

We stayed two nights and the shower smelt like sewage.. The hot tub also was disappointing as it was green and when the jets came on it overflowed with foam ( also had a moldy smell). It was also moldy in between the pool area and the wall. The property was nice but these items need attending too.

Rooms remodeled and nice , parking lot is small , checking in i asked for top floor medical needs for sleep , 8 pm , nothing available , my buddy checked in behind me and she gave him a second floor when none were available, he told me later we could change , too much hassle , desk agent not friendly or accommodating, will not go back , more of a family place with kids and pool .
