The front desk was a person on a video screen in the lobby. I had to change my reservation due to a mistake I made and the language barrier and not having a live attendant made the change impossible. The room was never made up. The shower did not work properly, the lock did not work properly and the list goes on. After we made our reservations, we were told we would be billed an additional 10.00 for parking We were told they would investigate and get back to us. They never did. Their customer service was the worst I have experience I’m my 50 pulse years of travel

I booked a couple's stay here for my birthday last weekend. It was excellent. My experience was great, far from the negative reviews I read about prior to booking. My room was exactly as it was pictured. Very clean, modern, cozy, and safe. And very quiet! The location of this motel is very close to all the places I visited(Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf), and in walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The customer service, outstanding. Reasonably priced as well. Deserving of 5 stars.
