Wow. My first time in Jamaica and honestly because of Ocean Coral Spring it definitely won’t be my last. As a single black woman traveling solo I was a bit nervous but immediately felt embraced with warmth once I entered the resort. The rooms are beautiful and so was my view. Amazing service (came back to my clothes folded when I requested room cleaning🥹) and I honestly didn’t have to lift a finger. I wish I could rate my experience 10/5. My only regret is I didn’t soak it all in when I was there, you only truly understand what you experienced once you leave and it’s bittersweet. As a picky eater I was also nervous about the food but I was able to find many options that I LOVED! The best restaurants to eat at are definitely Sugar Cane and Red Snapper and there’s literally a bar everywhere so don’t even worry about being thirsty. They also have a transportation team on site to take you wherever you need to go and their prices are reasonable and even though I stayed on the family side instead of the all adults, it was very beautiful to see families spending time with each other. I’ll be back.❤️🇯🇲

The service was very slow and bad. When you want something, you have to wait at least 15 minutes. They take the dirty towels in the room and do not replace them twice. In general, I have a complaint about the service. You cannot leave the pool towels after 5:30 pm. You cannot get new ones. It is closed. You have to take them to the room. Since you cannot get the towel card, I have to take it the next day and get a new one. It is ridiculous.

The resort had great amenities and free room service before a certain time. The pool was nice, the staff who welcomed us were sweet, and the room itself was beautiful. On the downside, check-in took too long, the sheets were never changed, and the dress code for men at restaurants was odd & unnecessary. Checkout was frustrating—the man at the front desk was rude and kept cutting me off.

The rooms were good but the bathrooms were always hot which included the ones at the restaurant and buffet. My husband was vegan and there wasn’t a lot of options for him. There wasn’t any desert options at all. As a family with a toddler, none of the restaurants had a changing table except the family restroom in the lobby where we checked in. I also didn’t like the visiting policy. It was a hassle for family to see us at the hotel which makes no sense, if I’m spending all this money it’s my discretion if I want my family to visit me.

This was one of the best trips my family has ever taken. We had such a wonderful time at the resort. The staff was always kind and attentive. The food was pretty good overall and everything being included as always a plus. The pools were great and the Kiddy area was very cute for my kids to play. Great activites for the kids and virgin drinks for them as well! They had events and dancing and performances that were very very entertaining. The room was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was tasty and there was a nice variety of food to eat. They were very mindful of allergies and I really appreciate that. The one thing I would say is the ocean floor is very rocky where you go in and you have to be very careful where you’re walking. They said that’s what because it was a recent hurricane last year or two years ago. I’m not sure but it definitely was painful if he stepped in the wrong spot. The water sprayers on the lazy river were not working. That would’ve been cute to have. The resort is kind of like in the middle of nowhere so once you’re there, you’re there and there’s no way for you to go exploring unless you pay for a taxi to take you there.

The resort is beautiful and clean. We felt safe since it is gated. We had a great time at the pool and beach. The entertainment was very enjoyable. There were two occasions which caused us some annoyance. First, the power was out in our room for over three hours on our first night due to a broken lamp. We were unable to shower or have air conditioning from 11:00 pm to 2:00 am. Then, on the second day our key fob wouldn't work, so we couldn't get in our room. It was "reactivated" on three occasions but still would not work. After a security personnel checked the door it was believed to be activated to another room.

I went here with 12 people for a vow renewel. Paid alot of money. We spent almost 5 hours trying to re setup our ceremony because they didnt have it down. On the day of renewel when we went to set up there were 3 managers standing in the area telling is we couldnt do it. Ultimately they figured it out and we got to proceed but it was just way to stressful for my liking.

We went for our honeymoon and paid for the privilege amenities which included butler service and we were so DISAPPOINTED. The room butler service was awful we had to ask for simple things like fresh towels more than once and had to wait hours for a response. The only thing that was worth the extra money was the the pool butler service they wait staff there were amazing! They got to know us and would bring us things without asking us. They paid attention and were wonderful! We were assuming we would get a little extra attention because we were there for our honeymoon and that was not the case. The service was slow and just not the best. But the resort was stunning and the pool was amazing.

Check-in took about an hour , we got there at about 12pm. Said that our room would be ready about 3 since check in was at 3 didn’t get into a room until 4:30pm. Other than that great resort !! Had the rooftop jacuzzi room and was worth it !

The property/grounds is extremely beautiful. Loved the scenery of the beach, the various pools and hot tubs. Loved the areas for the children and toddlers. However, the rooms were not as beautiful as shown online and so that was a little disappointing. Also, the internet was very very poor during the evenings. Maybe this is a strategic movement, but was also disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay.

Several of the staff were very rude and disrespectful at this resort. I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I asked for service. The restaurant service was very slow despite the restaurant being at half capacity. This resort has a lot of potential to be really great, but the staff needs an attitude adjustment. Going to Jamaica should be fun. Won't be going back to this resort.

Overall, the resort is a good option for families, especially if you're traveling with children. There are plenty of amenities to keep kids entertained, including bowling, virtual reality games, a family lounge, and movie theaters with different shows throughout the day. However, there were several drawbacks that impacted our stay. For an all-inclusive resort, I was disappointed by the $25 surcharge for room service after 10 PM. That felt unnecessary and inconvenient. We also had issues with our room—specifically, the shower. It took three separate complaints before we were finally moved to a new room the following day. Considering the property only opened in 2019, the upkeep was surprisingly poor. The furniture, tiles, fixtures, and doors seemed cheap and already worn down, which gave the resort a less polished feel. The beach on the family side isn’t swimmable, which was another letdown. I was told the adult-only side does have swimmable areas, but that didn’t help us as a family with kids. As for the food—it was just okay. The rice and beans were dry, the jerk chicken lacked flavor and moisture, and the coco bread was underwhelming (I’ve honestly had better in the States). The staff, for the most part, was friendly and accommodating. But by the end of our 5-day stay, you could tell some of them were a bit burnt out. One major concern was the lifeguard at the kids’ pool—he was more focused on chatting with friends than watching the pool. Hopefully, that was just a one-
