AC wasn’t working properly, room temperature never cooled down, halls in hotel were apparently off AC as it felt very warm. Breakfast pricey for what it is, and considering hotel overal conditions (old, not clean enough, AC no working properly, no elevators) stay was expensive, towels were not clean enough too I saw dark spots on it.

We had to move twice to get a room with an operational air conditioning unit. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times before. However, now it appears that it is mo longer being maintained or updated.

Cuarto sin Luz, tres veces se nos fué, hasta que en la noche mejor me cambiaron de cuarto, ofreciéndome como disculpa un desayuno gratis, el cual me lo negaron al siguiente dia, y para acabarla jajajajaja, pedí comida de fuera, y me dijeron que no podía comerla ahí. Negándome un limón y sal. Cuando hablé con la gente de recepción sobre el tema, salió peor jajajajaj, me dijeron que no tenia ni el desayuno y que yo era el equivocado por meter comida. No vuelvo.

I don't recomend this hotel.

An hour after i checked into my room, the ceiling above the shower collapsed in from the water leaking from the room above. The original part of the hotel is really old and in terrible condition. it needs updating. The restaurant food is poor and limited to only a taco menu, thats it. No desserts.
