Red flag warning!

Numerous issues with this Hotel however Hotels.com won’t allow me to give an honest review and keeps flagging mine. Probably why most of these horrible hotels have a 10* rating. Take my word for it STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

Great location downtown. We walked to pizza place right across the street for quick and easy meal. Rooms were small, but had all we needed. A/C worked, mini-fridge, hot water. Didn't use the hot tub, but did a load of laundry and the washers and dryers and laundry room was clean and well maintained. Older place and kind of dated, but great for a good night's stay if you just needed a comfortable place to crash. Staff was friendly and helpful. Travelled with a pet, and had no issues.

Decent place, but small changes could improve it

We stayed at two hotels in this area, and Bowen seemed to be a bit better. This is an interesting place. It seems pretty decent and the rooms were pretty quiet, but something was gnawing in the walls all night long, presumably mice. We had a sound night's sleep until another guest arrived at 1:30 AM and decided that he needed to back his long van into a parking place because it would be more convenient for him in the morning. It was irrelevant to him that his van has a piercing backup warning beep that woke up everyone else in the hotel. What an inconsiderate jerk! Why cant some folks think about anyone other than themselves? Do better, people! But this inconsiderate jerk was not the hotel's fault, I just had to vent. This is a decent place, but does not offer free laundry facilities like Bowen Hotel. And they need to get the mice in Building 4 under control.

Great stay. Raquel at the front desk is great! Great location, close to arches park and lots of dinning options at walking distance. Hot tub was perfect after a long day on a motorcycle.

Nice comfortable stay

Small motel but a very nice stay. Clean, convenient, nice amenities, friendly staff. The room is small but comfortable with a nice little sink/fridge/coffeemaker area and a counter.

Moab has a unique vibe and this hotel is right on main street. Only a few miles from Arches National Park entrance which is why we chose this stay. The hotel is older which added to it's character though not perfect.

Staff were nice. Rooms include a nice kitchenette. Everything you need is there and Its like stepping into a brand new version of a lodge from the mid 20th. Lots of charm.
