Cockroach’s, bathroom not clean, Wi-Fi was a joke, pool was nasty, mold, property looked NOTHING like pictures online, complimentary breakfast was laughable, coffee was a day old, waffle batter was terrible , many other guests were complaining.

The breakfast buffet on graduation morning was extremely disappointing. No plates out, had to wait for utensils, never brought any drinks of any kind even though we ordered orange juice and water, coffee machine was empty.

My room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The walls and floor boards were dirty. The bedding had stains on them. I complained to staff and she said she was coming up to look at it, she never did. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The air conditioning unit was even dirty!
