The front desk clerk was so pleasant it made us feel right at home from the start. The rooms feel like you are a guest a very caring relative's home. Everything was clean and spotless. The pillows were heavenly, usually pillows are like little square marshmallows, but these were large and comfortable. The little deck outside our upper floor room afforded us a great place to look out over the frozen lake. The weather was unseasonable warm so we took advantage of it for a bit.

Location is perfect, the main reason I'm rating 4 stars and not less. Room was well appointed but soap dispensers empty. Price was very reasonable. Sink did not drain and the walls are thin; we could hear everything from the neighbors above us. Whoever answered the after hours check in phone was rude, reprimanding us for not reading a text we didn'rexeivr.
Beautiful location and view from the room.
Sink was clogged, barely draining. Gross.
No soap.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check-in. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The view of the lake was fantastic. My only complaint is that we couldn’t regulate the heat regardless of how low we set it. We had to manually turn off/on; otherwise it would get too hot. Regardless we would still highly recommend staying here.

Stay was great. Ignore previous negative review as Expedia had not billed me at time of reservation. Bear in mind lobby closes at 6pm. Staff, Michelle, was awesome. Only negative was that the media player remote had corroded batteries and did not work. Was able to hook up our own fire TV stuck eventually after figuring out the complex tech setup. But these were minor things. Fantastic value, great rooms and very clean.

Our visit was in early October, but we still enjoyed the lakeside view. The staff was friendly The only negative part of our stay was that we were assigned rooms on the second floor and there is no elevator at the facility.
