All good except for proximity to busy road just beyond the pleasant gardens and little pool which we didn’t use. But double glazing helped reduce noise.

The staff are 5 star/ 5 stars- they are very nice and welcoming. The place was clean but needs some updating, especially the bathroom. It is a good place for an overnight stay.
