グランベリーパークの近く（徒歩10分くらい）で立地が良く、価格もお手頃でスタッフも親切。洗濯機、乾燥機もあり助かった。朝食バイキングもまずまず。 ただ駐車代が別途1500円必要なのと（ホテル税100円含め別途1600円必要）、部屋のトイレが小さくてトイレットペーパーが流れない、暖房の効きが悪かった…などあり、星1つ減点。

2度目の利用です。 仕事の関係で深夜のチェックイン(予め連絡済)となりましたが、1人でおられたフロントの女性スタッフがとても失礼な態度でびっくりしました。 自分のミスをこちらのせいにして、それを言い訳で済ませたり…(他にもあります) 東横INNは安心して利用できるチェーンホテルだと思っていましたが、スタッフさんの教育はされているのか疑問です。チェックアウト時の他のスタッフの方はとても気持ちの良い対応でした。
