The main reason why we chose this place was for the pool but when we got there it was locked. The restroom door to the room we were in wouldn’t shut correctly and there were no towels for us to use. The ceiling of the room looked like it was falling apart. Another issue was that when requesting the room I asked for a non smoking room and ended up getting one that the restroom smelled like cigarettes and the air conditioner smelled like marijuana. The outside area of the rooms were really dirty also.
Didn't stay at the property. Very disappointed the room smell really bad the pool green. I'm still waiting for my REMBOLSE theybsay they will givme 97.00 when i pay 109 is a rip of nothing like the picture I wan muy whole amount refound please. The font desk lady state she send me a gmail for my reembolse she didn't.
Do not stay here, this loves is infested with roaches, ac doesn’t work, brown water coming out of faucets. Untrained staff arguing with customers, anytime you go into the front office. This place should be shut down!
Needs new renovation very old a nasty. Moldy molding walls on top of cracks a wholes.
My refrigerator didn’t work a was clearly like that for months. I open it an an insist smell came out. Just nasty. I wouldn’t offer this place to no one
It needs to be shut down. Roaches everywhere. Mold on the walls. Shower didn't have a knob. Had to hunt down housekeeping. The whole stay was a mess. 10/10 do not recommend
The management is great the housekeepers are really nice ! They mind their business. The management doesn’t bother you at all as long as you pay your rent on time they’re happy and do not bother you at all! I’ve been here for a year already and I wouldn’t change hotels for nothing in the workd
The room was dirty as we're the towels and sheets. The water barely came out of the shower head. It was a non-smoking room but the bathroom reeked like cigarette smoke. I do not smoke and it was so nasty. Won't ever be back to this hotel.
