Quiet and clean place, conveniently located near the airport and the Rose Bowl. The staff were kind enough to let us park our car even after our stay, which was really helpful. Great experience overall!

Stayed here for a weekend and was pleased with the experience. The room was well-kept with a comfy bed, clean floors, and a sleek bathroom. The shower worked great, and towels were fresh. Staff at the reception were polite . The hotel is tucked away from the busy streets, so it felt peaceful. Connectivity and transportation options were nearby. This place focuses on the basics and gets them right. No clutter, no noise, no stress just a smooth, clean, and quiet environment to rest in. Would happily book again for a short trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at this small, no-frills hotel. Though they don’t serve breakfast, it wasn’t an issue at all there are many nice cafés nearby, and the front desk had great local tips. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including strong Wi-Fi and a cozy bed. The staff were lovely and always willing to help with directions or suggestions. I appreciated the calm and relaxed atmosphere it felt like a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. If you're looking for a safe, well-located hotel with great value and friendly service, this is an excellent option. I’d definitely recommend it to friends or solo travelers.

Staff was the opposite of hospitable, not as much of a smile. No effort to accommodate an early check in which is fine but said they’d call when the room would be ready and never did. Building is loud, there was a verbal fight in the hall that woke us up around 1am. Wouldn’t go back and won’t recommend.

Interior of room looks recently remodeled. Shower looked new. Showerhead needs to be cleaned to get rid of calcification. Prevented enough water coming out properly. A/C unit is very loud. Walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors when they’re yelling or slamming doors in the hallway. Refrigerator needs to be defrosted. Too much ice buildup there was no space to put anything in the freezer section. TV doesn’t need provide consistent volume. Some channels had no sound at all. Parking is the worst. All spaces are very compact. The hallways could use new paint and all the baseboards needs to be wiped down. Weird random stains on the walls inside of the room. Bedsheets have stains. Pillow case has a burn hole in it even though I was in a non-smoking room. There was no smoke detector on the ceiling. I checked all the end table drawers and inside closet area. Did not find one. That was disturbing to me.
