When I first arrived, the lady at the check in counter was very rude. I arrived at 1pm, and proceeded to ask if they offered early check in, she didn't let me finish when she stated to yell at me that check in was at 3. The towels looked very old, the TV was super small, rooms look like they really need some updating. Noise from traffic at night is a bit loud. The only great thing about this place is the location and the price.

Staff is friendly. Lot of shops nearby the area. Room is disappointing. Small space and old carpet need shampooed, the whole place need renovation! I remember staying here before 10 yrs ago and this place is still the same. Owner need the place renovated. So disappointed with the price I’m pay for to stay at this place.☹️

The staff were helpful and friendly! Getting there from the Burbank airport by car was easy. From the inn, I was able to easily walk to where I wanted to go around Glendale. This is certainly a no-frills establishment and I could hear something like a laundry machine running all night, but it’s a decent place to spend the night with solid service.
