I never made it to calif because enterprise messed up my reservation I didn't have the info that i wasn't coming until after hours n the time allotted to cancel the reservations becuz i gotthe insurance. Nnow I'm being told that i don't get my refund.

Always Welcoming the only complaint I would have is Housekeepers do not acknowledge late checkouts at 12pm the knock on the door/open at 9/10 am in the morning their number checkout is at 11:00 a.m.
