After reading some of the reviews for this inn, I was a bit worried about bringing my sister here for a stay, but honestly? We had an amazing time!! We stayed here to attend the 2026 Pokemon Go Tour Kalos - LA. We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed, had no issues at all with rowdy neighbors, and there was a woman at check-in with a lovely smile and great courtesy who had no problems at all answering our questions about the property. Only reason for a 4 star rating is the room quality. While we had no issues at all with bed bugs or cockroaches, the room definitely could use some TLC. The shower head was a bit odd to work around, some of the bathroom towel hangers were loose and ready to fall out of the wall, and the mattress was a bit lumpy. We also made sure to flush our toilet very carefully, as we didn’t want to break the handle or be too rough with it. There’s no coffee machine, so don’t expect that, but there is a microwave and refrigerator, ironing board and small area to hang clothing. Those issues aside? This is honestly a fantastic place to stay. It’s so much better than we expected, the rooms didn’t face the street so we felt safe coming back later at night to a well-lit space, the staff was so kind to us every interaction, and all in all? We’d stay here again if needed!! Just remember folks, this is an older property with older styled-rooms, so don’t bash this place too hard. They honestly do a fantastic job keeping the rooms tidy and clean!! 9/10 stars!!⭐

I emailed AND called in advance about needing a handicap accessible room for my 93 yr old mother. When we arrived, it was NOT a handicap accessible room. In fact the room was not even close to the handicap parking, so I had to park closest to the room so she would not have to use her walker far. It was a step over bathtub. I stayed with my sister and mother. They advertise free parking but then because we had to come in separate cars, they then charged me another $20 for an additional car. The next day I made a separate reservation for just myself in a king size bed, but when you see the confirmed reservation under Expedia, it just says “standard” room. The manager even confirmed with me that the following day would be a King bed. When I checked in at 3, they gave me my key and when I looked at the room, it was NOT a King but a double or Queen bed. I called the front desk and he tried to tell me they didn’t have a king bed available and I said, that is not what the manager said yesterday. I stood my ground and all of a sudden, they had an available King bed room! This place definitely bait and switches!! Do not stay here, they are not honest!

I was guaranteed a first floor but it wasn’t true. I was assigned a room upstairs. Also the staff on duty threatened not give a room the next day because I complained accusing me of causing trouble. I thank God for the manager the next morning who showed compassion and respect and refunded me of entire payment and only charged me my first night.
