"Good, but Old-fashioned"
This hotel is in a nice area of Oviedo (close to shopping) and better restaurants. Try restaurant Gloria around the corner (excellent tapas, modern feel). The hotel has "old world" charm (cool facade, pretty interior courtyard), but after the initial thrill it seemed a bit dated and contained only a few modern amenities. Rooms are small and a bit dark and the twin beds in the standard room are just ok. We had a cot brought in for our 13-year daughter and it was unsatisfactory. The room had very few outlets so charging electronics was a challenge for three people. Parking is convenient-- right in the hotel. Breakfast was good and there was a loud, but pleasing piano player in the room. Seemed strange to have such loud music in the morning. The staff was not particularly friendly or overall helpful --just ok.

"Great hotel right in the centre of the town"
Stayed at the hotel for just one night. The hotel was very well presented, clean tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Limited on-site parking available for small cars only (the car has to fit into a lift to the basement!). The location is excellent - right in the heart of the town and only a stones-throw from the local attractions. Highly recommended!

"Excellent Location"
Centrally located (short walking distance to attractions) Our bedroom was small with one window and modernly decorated; equipped with small computer desk (no network connection was available) The Hotel looks recently remodeled and brought to international standards (clean, confortable and secure) Shower and toilet are enclosed on a frosted glass box and separated by a see through glass. The bathroom has been designed without taking into consideration privacy (unpleasant noise and offensive odor may scape the enclosure) Also, the bathroom gets wet when you take a shower (shower and toilet compartment) This causes you to walk on a wet surface if you need to use the toilet latter on. When you search for this hotel in the internet, they show a misleading picture of a palace located across the street which it does not correspond to the actual Hotel. They offered an excellent buffet breakfast for about 12 E per person. Overall, nice Hotel conveniently located with friendly staff to help you with anything you may need.

"Great hotel!"
Standard room was very spacious, bath and shower. the room was light and airy, with decent views. The aircon worked well. The breakfast buffet was good value and of a good standard in a bright room with lots of windows. The staff were very helpful and friendly. But the bar seemed to be frequently unmanned. The hotel is about a brisk 15 minute walk to the old town. It was a safe walk, even in the early hours. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. Oviedo is a fantastic city.

"Nice hotel but beds are very hard."
We stayed for a week and had a triple room (mind you that it's a double room with an extra bed, there is no extra space to move around by the beds). Beds were very hard and I didn't sleep well and woke up sore. Hotel staff was very nice and some spoke English. I asked the bar tender to fill my water bottle with ice am/pm and they were very accommodating to my American need of ice cold water. There is a great cafe called Noor Coffees and Co. about a 10 minute walk away and the owner speaks English and will give you an American size coffee.

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Lena, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Lena hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
