Excellent. Felt like a 5-star hotel. Excellent location for the city, train station & trams and sightseeing. Good breakfast. Nice sociable bar. Only negative - its needed more staff the front desk. I was delayed by a queue of guests checking in.

Great bike friendly hotel

Great hotel close to everything and not noisy. Huge rooms, comfy beds and lifts big enough to two bicycles in with panniers! The staff were friendly and quick to check us in.

Hotel is nieuw of gerenoveerd en is zeer netjes en schoon. Goed ontbijt en ontzettend handig dicht bij het centrum, Hauptbahnhof en alle trein/tram/bus verbindingen. Parkeren hebben wij buiten het centrum op straat gedaan en met de tram richting hotel. Naast/onder het hotel is ook parkeren mogelijk maar dat schijnt circa €22 p/d te kosten.De De plus kamers hadden een koelkast met water,waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat.(geen kluisje) Wij zaten ver van de lift niet aan de voorzijde maar in een zijstraat dus nauwelijks lawaai van de tram wat aan de voorzijde wel is. Let op de kamers zijn niet heel groot dus een langer verblijf waarbij je meer op de kamer bent aangewezen is minder prettig.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, fleckiger Teppichboden und Staubfusseln. Im Bad hätte zumindest ein Zahnputzbecher vorhanden sein können.
