A lovely motel just a short walk from town centre. Rooms at the back are quiet. Staff were very helpful and wanted us to have the ideal room. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was extremely disappointing. The twin room I had booked and paid extra for a month in advance was unavailable, so was given a single room next to main road. Traffic noisy all night. However I did get refund of extra payment.

No lift so if you have a heavy bag and you have an upstairs room you’ll have to lug it up stairs. Good central location and clean bathroom with excellent water pressure for a good shower. Bed was good. Room wasn’t noisy either even though it is on a reasonably busy road.

We had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, modern, and felt really cosy, which made it comfortable to relax in. The location was also very convenient, being central to many attractions around Launceston. From the outside, the property does resemble more of a motel, but the interior of the room definitely exceeded expectations. We did an early check-out, which was easy, just left the key in the box with no issues. There were no breakfast options included, but considering the price and overall experience, it was still very good value for money.

Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Very hot in room, and air conditioner not up to the job. Rooms close to road are noisy due to Launceston's abundance of motoring enthusiasts with noise enhanced cars. Opened window to try and cool room but of course it is then even noisier. I asked for a room further from the road but was told they were full.
