We always stay here when we go to Lancaster. The hotel is centrally located and staff is always nice. Our room was decent except there was a lot of dust on all the lamps and the top of the headboard. There was a ton of dust in the exhaust fan in the bathroom also and the shower head desperately needed cleaned or replaced due to calcium/hard water build up. The bathroom sink and toilet were very low also. I think they need some updating, but for the most part no issues except the dust and shower head.

The thermostat wasn’t working correctly. The room was so hot I felt like a turkey on Thanksgiving. We kept setting it back but even at 60 it was sweltering. We got very little sleep and left early the next morning. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was great. If the thermostat gets fixed, we will return.

The desk staff were both ver friendly & o formative & helpful. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and heat worked well An important consideration since we were there during the end of January freeze! We had more than enough towels. They were not the thick fluffy kind, and also not the thin kind. They were thick enough to do the job. The shower was super. Breakfast was the typical buffet tthat you you get in most hotels

First off the parking lot was well lit ,easy access to our room on the first floor, The front desk clerk Donna couldn’t have been any nicer. Beds were comfortable room was clean. Housekeeping so pleasant. Morning breakfast was also good nice variety. Couldn’t have ask for anything more.Thank you Comfort Inn. Will stay here again

The breakfast was fair. Not the worst. Had a problem with the electric. If you used the switch next to the bed, the tv would turn off. TV would also shut off on its own. Weird. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable
