PROS: 3 really nice pools, staff at check in/breakfast are very friendly, the breakfast is beautiful with so many options which change daily, Rooms are large, clean and cleaned nicely every day. CONS: Bar staff are often on their phones, we sat at one of the pools for 2hours with every deck chair table filled with empty bottles/food trays from previous guests. At the beach pool I sat at the bar for 10mins being very patient waiting for them to make a large order of cocktails for other guests at the tables - I assumed they would serve me when ready however they ignored me, I was the only one sitting there so Im sure all 3 would of seen me. Two other guests came up and got served straight away so I gave up. Guests tend to leave their dirty pool towels at the deck chairs rather then picking them up and taking them back to the pool towel hut - this means it always looks like the chairs are all taken but they just stay like that for hours not being used. Hotel staff dont come around and take them away so maybe they need to be more strict on the towel sign out. We were in a family room which is a little dated, felt like we over paid for what we did get. Rooms are nice and large though but we could of gotten a villa for alot cheaper. Location wise is nice next to the beach but fire works do go off every night which can be hard with kids. FOAM PARTY - Our kids enjoyed it, however we waited 10 mins to pay to enter but staff ignored us so we just went in and didnt pay!

The area the property is in is very noisy with fireworks going off until 1 am. In addition, the hotel needs a bit of a refresher and was not very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again! The rooms are quite modern, beds are comfortable. The breakfast could be slightly better, but it had all your usuals like egg station, fruits, hot food, cereal and juices. It’s hard to get service on the pool chairs but overall the staff were great!

I have stayed in this hotel previously which is why we booked again. Whilst the location is great, the hotel is in need of an update. The customer service was hit and miss. The breakfast was ok - not fantastic. But the kids loved it. Unfortunately we were let down by the concierge as we booked our transport to the airport and they weren’t there at 4am when we got there. Erik was amazing though and sorted us transportation to the airport - he is amazing!

Amazing breakfast and good location if you like the busyness of a location. Everything is walking distance. Staff is amazing too. Would come back. There is a busy sidewalk between the hotel and beach so it’s not backing straight up to the beach. A lot of mini carts on the sidewalk.

Nice location close to beach walk shops and Kuta beach. Hotel staff amazing, clean and decent breakfast. Have activities to which you have to pay for on Tuesdays, otherwise you cannot use the pool. However facilities in the 3 rooms we stayed in were out dated or not working (Shower heads door handles and A/C. Could not change temp of A/C or turn off and mini fridges, TV remotes missing and TV unplugged just for show) Beds are really good however and not the noisiest of hotels. Price per night does not reflect on what you get.

The property and pools were beautiful! They had a special thing to do every night wether it be dinner with a show or a buffet under beautiful night lights even bubbles at pool! Every pool had a pool bar! The staff was very caring and friendly! The rooms were clean daily! Right on the beach or beach access! Vendors were set on the beach so you couldn’t really have a nice beach view! Beach was very trashy literally piles of trash! Not the hotel’s fault they don’t own the beach beautiful sunsets!

Love Truntum Kuta. It was my third time staying here and as a female solo traveler I felt super safe and comfortable. The staff especially is what makes this place so special to me. Everyone is so cheerful and friendly and they are all here to help you when you need them.

We loved our stay at Truntum. Good hotel in central area. We've stayed here many times previously when it was Grand Inna Kuta.This time we stayed in cheap budget room, however couldn't fault the service or cleanliness. Staff very friendly & helpful! Special mention of Andi - bell boy at front desk, extremely helpful & friendly!
