Very spacious, clean room with a Mt Fuji view. Helpful staff. Rooftop viewing platform of Mt Fuji is a huge plus. Great location close to the Kawaguchiko lake hiking trail.

Amazing property and amazing staff. We will return in the future. Great location too. The shuttle service is fantastic. Staff are so kind and helpful. The owner lady is also very kind. You can tell she treats her guests and staff like family.

Great location close to convenience stores ,restaurants and a key bus stops to get you anywhere around the area you want to go. Great rooftop area with an unobstructed view of mt.Fugi. Bike rental and laundry on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. They don’t have pick you service from the station but they do have a service to drop you off to the station in the morning. The location is hidden from the main road especially you have to walk in the rain.

Convenient location, only a short walk from the station. We specially enjoyed sleeping on futons in the family room. The breakfast is simple but generous. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom with separate shower, ofuro and toilet was a plus.
