Our rooms were not very clean, vanity sink didn’t drain, no extra toilet paper and key card would not work! We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was the very same thing every day. We had 3 rooms that were off the main building. I would be curious to know what the rooms were like in the main building.

We stayed 5 days and they did not change 1 thing on the breakfast. The eggs were watery and the sausage was pale like it had been boiled. The biscuits barely warm. You had to ask for toilet paper, there were no spare rolls. The tiny soaps were a joke. They were like single use, actually you needed 2 at a time to get any lather. The towels were odd also. The hand towels were kitchen towels. They advertised a pool and hot tub. But when we arrived said it was closed bc of an incident with the city water. But said it ahould be open in a day or 2. I asked again after day 2 and it seemed they were doing nothing to open the pool. Big disappointment for our daughter and her friend. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.

Pool not working, no ice on 2nd floor vending machine on 2nd floor almost empty, Tv remote did not work Nothing stocked in the kitchen, tiny trash can and no extra bag Coffee pot nonexistent it was a pod machine tiny 1 packet of coffee for a family suite you would think it would come with enough things for a family Couch was very small only room for 2 people in the living room Took a shower pretty much no hot water and again family suite only 1 tiny shampoo and I disk of soap??? Thank goodness I brought some Pretty outdated for the amount of money I spent for 2 nights I did expect a bit nicer place Breakfast was limited very little fruit no hot tea Paid quite a bit of money and very disappointing Did NOT stay the 2nd night

they could buy a new shower curtain there’s a lot in dollar general 😁 but the rest are good . Staff are hospitable and helpful. The room is clean. we will book again here next year .
