Great location! 2 miles from entrance to Mt Rushmore; also, pretty close to both Crazy Horse & Custer State Park & Bear Country. Easy to get to restaurants/bars. Staff was very friendly & efficient. Very pet-friendly... only $35 for entire stay for our 2 little Maltese pups! Hotel facilities were fine (room = nice, pool and gazebo). Breakfast was fine. Found great deal on Expedia! Bottom-line: would stay again.

Breakfast had lots of options and everything was good. The room was very clean and really nice bathroom. Loved the balcony view. Staff was amazing. Loved the game room and the pool. The parking was our only issue, but we did find a space. Which when others dont park in the lines, it makes it tough for everyone. Not the hotels fault, we all decided this is the hotel we stay at when we come here from now on!

The facilities were extremely nice, very well maintained and immaculate. Our room was comfortable and inviting, the bed perfect. Hotel is attractive, balconies a nice touch. Vending was well stocked and ice available & convenient. Our small dog was welcomed.

Loved the classic style mountain inn. Room was very nice, especially the balcony. Good value. Breakfast was a bit skimpy, several items needing refills, not much fruit. Only complaint wasn’t Inn’s fault — several noisy guests, dog barking, and children running in the hall.

We rented a suite and found it to be very nice. The bed was comfortable, but the room was definitely a bit dated. There is limited parking, but the hotel is conveniently located close to a few restaurants. Finally, the breakfast was good.
