The staff go above and beyond. I saw an employee delivering a blanket to another room and when i asked him about a USB port, he said it was in the alarm clock (which was missing from our room). He brought another one in and set it up within 5 minutes. The breakfast had a nice variety and changed each day. My husband and I visited in May before the summer rush. I would definitely recommend the Roosevelt Inn whenever visiting the Keystone area.

The hotel is 2 miles from Mount Rushmore. The parking is a little hard when you have to go up the hill and park behind the hotel. The room seemed to have been renovated. Bed was so comfortable. There are places to eat very close. Only glitch was the coffee machine wasn't working. Need a new supplier if they cant fix it within 2 days

We thought the complimentary breakfast was well done each morning. The only thing we didn’t like was the view from room 214, which revealed worn siding on the hotel and warning cones next to the driveway, leading down the hill from the back parking lot.
