Dirty. Big bloodstain on duvet, hidden by a cover.

I found a very big bloodstain on the duvet when I removed the duvet cover before sleeping. I was shocked that such a duvet still used and covered with a removable sheet. The staff argued that it was washed and just wasn’t removed. In fact, the room is not clean at all.
