They had nothing on their computer showing a reservation. Good on them still acknowledging the booking but I had to put up another $100 extra as an extra fee to cover any room damage. So I booked the room for $108 and with tax $125. So okay cool. But I was charged $225 in total. Still waiting for the refund . Our room was left immaculate. Still no refund. Is this a scam to get $100 above the price?????

was not very happy when they were trying to charge me for chocolate on the sheets and had some blue slush on towels and they tried to take my damage for that. kind of outrageous when the bed already looked disgusting. that’s what bleach is for

The beds were okay and the AC worked however the AC was so loud and we couldn’t adjust it. It was on or off. There was a fridge that said out of order that stunk like something died in it. The hallway smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke and the entry area to our room did as well. It was a non smoking floor. When we complained they came up and agreed it smelled but did nothing. The ice maker didn’t work. Overall it definitely was not worth over $200 per night.

It was somewhere to sleep for the night. My grandsons feet were dirty black from running around on the rug. And the beds were pretty hard.
