"Good quiet hotel close to town"
We stayed 2 nights in a superior room.Everything about the hotel was very good.We had breakfast and a meal in the bistro and both were good.We hired ebikes at the hotel and went for a ride in the countryside around the hotell which was also lovely.I would recommend this hotel when visiting Baie St Paul.

"Superb service and facilities; rooms "OK""
There is no doubt that the setting, facilities and services are all above board. From valet parking to calling for extra coffee pods in your room, to accommodating pets and kids, this hotel strives to meet all expectations, big to small. The tunnel to the casino means you do not have to get wet in a downpour and the grounds offer great walking paths. The staff is polite, multilingual and ever so helpful. We have absolutely enjoyed these aspects of our two-days stay. In all of the above, one can only compliment the efforts of staff and management. Where it was less amazing, was the room itself (#412). Now, albeit very small, don't get me wrong: the amenities (coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, iron, TV, phone, etc.) were all as expected. And the location (far from the elevators, silent, well lit, great bathtub and with great air conditioning) was nothing to complain about. But, at the end of the day, when we book a room on a trip, it is for sleep. And therein lies the rub. The bed was supposed to be queen and, as far as my guestimate can tell, this qualified as a double bed at best. With a V-shape in the mattress, where you rolled a tad toward the middle. The toilet was wobbly, which made for a thrilling experience, yet not entirely pleasing in its effects at every turn. It is just this that we would caution potential guest: your expectations about the service will absolutely be met. Those about the rooms are less of an assured thing.

"Comfortable Hotel in Charlevoix"
The hotel room had a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River, was large and comfortable, had a good breakfast, & was a short walk from a casino. It was a good one night stop in a beautiful part of Quebec.

"Pleasant relaxing weekend"
Comfortable motel style, beds are very soft..somewhat dated, but clean. Housekeeping was done while we were at breakfast! Breakfast buffet was great and ample. The homemade beans were amazing. We also ate dinner there, the food was excellent. Very fresh and unique dishes. Would definitely stay here again!

"Good overnight stop"
We wanted an inexpensive spot to spend a night while taking in the neighboring Provincial Parks located nearby on successive days.. Overall, this little motel provided us with a pleasant experience. The room, though small, was both cozy and comfortable. And despite the rooms proximity to the highway, it was relatively quiet overnight. This little motel / truck stop also provided us with a good meal for a reasonable price. We ate there twice and both the home cooked supper offerings and the breakfasts were very good. And though these folks, spoke little English, they went out of their way to help us communicate to them what we wanted. They even had an English menu available. If I were to travel in that area, I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
