We had the pleasure of staying here recently, and I must say it was a truly outstanding experience. The Pokemon theme room was spotlessly clean, with ample space to relax and unwind. The decor was stylish and elegant, and the bed was supremely comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, with many attractions within easy reach. I experienced some difficulties during check-in, but fortunately, the customer service team was extremely helpful and resolved the issue promptly. We had a fantastic stay at Sunway GRID by SR Home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The kids absolutely loved it and kept saying it was the best stay ever! The home was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed for families. The duplex layout, projector, Crayon Shinchan decorations, and the slide were huge hits and made the stay extra fun and memorable for the kids. The property itself is very serene and peaceful - quiet, comfortable, and free from disturbances, which made it easy for both kids and adults to relax and unwind. There was a minor issue with the digital door lock during our stay, but the team was extremely responsive via their WhatsApp chat and promptly sent someone down to check and resolve it. The customer service was very good and efficient, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful, family-friendly stay and a great experience from start to finish. We would definitely love to return again and would highly recommend this property to families looking for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. My kids love the swing and slide. Pool and playground on level 6 was great too. The washer dryer was a plus as we could wash and dry our swimwear. Will definitely book again.
