we checked in on a Wednesday, and checked out on Sunday. Our room was cleaned on Thursday. Room was not cleaned on Friday. Friday night we asked the desk person why our room was not cleaned, and she asked if we requested a room clean which is something I never heard of unless you put a do-not disturb sign on the door. Nevertheless we asked for clean towels. After about 30 minutes we had to go back and ask again. When we left the room on Saturday we requested our room be cleaned. We did this twice. When we returned Saturday night the room still had not been cleaned. The hotel was very noisy, and people were always hanging around outside. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The mattress was extremely hard and the floor was filthy in our room. My feet turned black while walking barefooted for a couple of minutes. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet, it was just a continental breakfast.

Can’t use pool unless someone 21 or older. The only thing for breakfast was cold food. Had to keep having key cards reset and fire alarm kept going off for no reason

The ironing board was broke there was no iron in the room I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find one you got people sleeping outside on the parking lot in cars prostitution had a man pull up on me and asked me was I looking for a boyfriend heck no the tub paint peeling out the tub they offer a breakfast but it wasn't breakfast I won't be staying there again I get the children can be loud but all that jumping around above my head was unnecessary

The rooms were dirty. The floors and bathtub were gross. The rim around the pool had lime scale and grime all the way around. The ice machine was disgusting. There isn't an handicap parking. There is not an elevator. Will not return.

Property needs to be maintained. Convenient location. Very noisy activity and partying in parking lot outside our room. Accessible room - shower curtain located too high which created flooding on bathroom floor. Ice machine was filthy but did work. Pool was full of water but closed to the public. Breakfast was inedible and poorly served. Food was cold and/or uncooked.

The air conditioner worked liked crap was hot and uncomfortable. DEFINITELY NEEDS UPDATES. The locks need UPDATED the carpet in the hallways were discussing. Would not recommend to anyone.
