The staff was kind and very helpful. The facility and the rooms were clean. I was able to leave my car there and use their shuttle service to the airport. They picked me up at the airport when I returned. So convenient.

After a delayed flight, they canceled our booking, but made it right. The staff that we interacted with were friendly, but the room had several things broken or missing. Clean facilities, but in a weird location that is difficult to get to and right next to a freeway intersection so there was traffic noise all night.

The floors from the pool to the elevators were always wet and very UNSAFE for my elderly mother who walks with a cane. We also asked for bed service and the beds were not fully maid. The desk personnel was very sweet.

Room was clean and neat. Wide entry area with large bathroom. Checked in early evening departing first thing in the morning without breakfast. Did not leave the room after check in. TV was large and clear. Took awhile to find the menu as there were no instructions or obvious selections on the remote. Every hotel seems to have a different method or none at all.
