This hotel is very nice. Beginning with the staff to help with luggage to the front desk staff. Everyone is willing to go the extra step to keep your stay at an elevated position. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. You won't be disappointed, unless you are expecting a microwave in the room but the amenities and restaurants make up for it.

The property exceeded my expectations. Accurate photos and representation of the hotel and facilities. Very practical for subway access to main Tokyo station lines and very good supermarket and pharmacy type store minutes away walking. Ambiance at the hotel was relaxing and friendly. We didn't arrive until 1am as our flight was delayed which meant we had to get a taxi, which was fine. Hotel was OK, it's huge, open a plan and took us 25 mins to find our room. The two beds for 2 adults and 2 kids were very small but we were only staying 1 night and so tired we made it work. The staff were really nice, however breakfasts was crazy expensive so we didn't bother. Our flight the next day was late at night and we were a disappointed the hotel pool staff wouldn't let the children in for a swim as we had already checked out. I understand this but despite asking they would not budge so the kids couldn't swim, despite only getting to the hotel at 1am. Speedy transfer back to the airport and lovely helpful staff on the door. Would return if they reduced the price for breakfast.

The Grand Hyatt is truly "grand". Great rooms with good amenities; very family friendly and lots of dining options! As an airport area hotel, the shuttle service is much appreciated.

A very nice hotel with excellent facilities. I’d highly recommend the club access as the ‘evening cocktails’ is a fantastic buffet of food and cocktails. Breakfast was excellent too. My only negative comment is that as a foreigner I wasn’t aware I needed a swim cap to use the pool. It would be good for this to be made clear on the website or even better would be to offer hotel guests a swim cap.
