Terrible Stay.

It was terrible, I booked a stay at the Mountain View room and when I checked in they changed my room to a sunset room way smaller not all the amenities the room I paid for had. When we asked the checking lady about that she said talk to our booking agent. I paid the same price that my brother-in-law and sister-in-law paid for two other rooms larger than mine. It had two chairs in this room old rocking chairs one of them you couldn't sit in cuz all it did is creep and you thought it was going to come apart. The pillows on the chairs had stains on them. The door lean into the room itself had a 1 inch Gap under it and you could see daylight. The blinds for the window had a 1-inch gap on both sides of them so sun came in in the morning and blinded us when we were trying to sleep

I did not stay at this property, we were moved to another property, not walking distance to areas we wanted to go. We were moved to Strawberry Creek Inn. And we were still charged full price for a location without the normal amenities for the price.

Room could use a deep cleaning found 2 spiders in room should of bought bug spray there was cob webs in ceiling. Room was nice and in a good area near a trail leading to town The food at The Peak was Great ! With Great service. The coffee at Pure was good !

I didnt get the room i ordered. I ordered a completely different room with a king bed not a queen. No ice on site and it needs a lot of fixing. The deck was a tripping hazard with boards lifting everywhere. It was beautiful otherwise!

Beautiful quiet location close to main town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The main lobby had a nice gift shop with wine and other beverages. The rooms are very clean with everything you need.
