Excellent value room with comfortable beds. Very quiet area with a very pleasant canal walk. Pub next door is a typical Marston affair, everything was served hot. Breakfast choices all fine.

The hotel is stunning, the decor is superb. Parking is round the back, same side of hotel drive up to memorial and turn left to head round the back. Nice selection of food and drink at breakfast, use of the swimming pool was an added bonus. Great sized cooprate room for a family of four. Ideal place for an overnight stay when visiting Sheffield Arena.
