Stained and dirty toilet, room smells of smoke, urine all over uncleaned tiles, too many bugs and hair all over unswept flooring. Could not get out fast enough This poor place must self review and in no way deserves the rating they have.

Karen at the desk was exceptional, the cleaning lady was very friendly. The room was spotless, as were the bedding and bathroom. We had their breakfast in the dining room and it was spotless. There were a nice variety of foods to choose from.
