Check in staff was a little un-hospitable - very transactional. The room was freezing and water would not warm past like warm (over at the Grove). Staff made up for the poor check in experience the next day- extremely warm and professional offering to switch rooms. The Spa staff was incredibly attentive as is the bar staff. The property is adorable- cozy, rustic but high end. The event activities (yoga) are also wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a bummer because we were on a girls' trip and spa was supposed to be a big part of it but we had to do something else because the behavior we encountered at the spa when we went to inquire about services for the next day was not acceptable.
