The property was charming and I loved having the balcony overlooking the creek. Staff were very nice and helped us bring our bag down from the 2nd floor. Bed was comfortable. The coffee maker appeared not to work, but it wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in Idaho springs. Quiet and easily walkable into town center. Also very close to Indian Hot Springs. Love the view and sound of the river right behind the property! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect spot!!

I would definitely stay there again. Loved listening to the creek flowing while either laying on the bed or sitting on the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful! Great location too. We stayed for 4 nights. No cleaning done, we had to go to the main office for more towels and coffee pods! None of this was a bother to us though. Book it, you’ll love it. Room #110

We like staying here while visiting the hot springs and Beau Jo’s pizza. It’s very clean and the amenities are what you pay for. The location next to the river makes it a hidden gem.

We were very happy with our stay here. The room looked brand new and was probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in that wasn't $300/night. I really appreciated the easy river access and the refrigerator w/ a little freezer. Beds were clean, the room did not ever feel humid and uncomfortable. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be a grill - there was not a grill available for use.
