The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and amenities.The staff were helpful and friendly. Great position to waterfront, Westfield and dining options. The only downfalls were the confusing lifts and a beeping from something electrical in the kitchen that disturbed my sleep.

Check in and staff upon arrival were amazing …. The room was a little dirty, some kind of liquid spill on the balcony that hadn’t been cleaned and the wall in the bathroom. Breakfast from the cafe was terrible and wouldn’t order it again. Got over charged and the “toastie” was soggy bread

Good location near the waterfront and westfield, place was clean and spacious with pay TV which was nice. Bathroom modern and comfortable, not cramped thankfully but a drcent size. Kitche was fine and wrked as needed, place was good value for money.
