"Friendly staff and excellent location"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The members of staff were incredibly friendly and the room was spacious (I think it was called the superior room; it has the padded green headrest in the hotel's photos). The hotel is conveniently located in the street above the main shopping street so great for sightseeing and taking in Sicilian life!

"Nice hotel great staff convenient location. "
Close to Taormina, great views, great staff. We were there during the g7 and although disappointed we couldn't spend time in Taormina the staff worked hard to find alternatives such as a trip to the Aolian islands.

"Beautiful hotel"
Everything was excellent, beach, pool, staff, complementary breakfast, free shuttle bus up to Taormina. Really enjoyed our stay here. One minus point is that food in the restaurant and the poolside snack bar is expensive. This is a slight problem because if you are spending the day by the pool and the beach there are no snack-bars immediately outside the hotel. It's a rather precarious 10 minute walk round the corner on a road that doesn't have a pavement really.

"Great hotel, extreme hospitality!"
When we arrived, we were upgraded to a lovely room with full sea view! The concierge couldn't do enough for us! He even called the hotel next door to find out if there was entertainment that night (and there was). There is no entertainment at night here. There is a pool bar and a restaurant on site. We ate here 2 nights in a row. Breakfast was included in the room price. The food is very good. The only thing that upset me greatly was the dining room manager who constantly barked orders at his staff, seemingly berating them at every turn. They were actually running back and forth to the kitchen - all of them! They were like spinning tops. It was continuous and the staff didn't look happy and he didn't look happy! Consequently, it seemed to take over one's focus as all eyes were trained on him and the poor staff who tried to please. It was very disruptive to those dining. He was even there at breakfast! He was always running around and was upset that we had sat at a table for 8 as we didn't see a table for 2 at the end of the breakfast room. We were quickly transferred to it by him! When we didn't have a reservation for dinner one night, he threw his arms up in the air in an exasperated manner which upset us. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel next door the next evening. Were it not for the little man in the dining room, the hotel would have been perfect!

"Amazing view!"
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful but by far the best thing about this hotel is the amazing view of Taormina and Etna. To wake up to Etna every morning took my breath away. I would stay here again for that alone.

"Beautiful views. Lovely swimming pool. Quiet and"
The hotel and it's environment in Castelmola were really good. However, when we arrived we were informed that a G7 Summit was being held in Taormina, the town through which the only road to our hotel, passed, and that Taormina was to be locked down on the Sunday, middle of our hols! There was poor communication between the Sicilian local authorities and the hotel and half way through our hols we were informed that we would not be able to leave Castelmola for the remains of our holiday so we curtailed our holiday after 5 of our planned holiday (except to go to the airport. The hotel refunded the remaining days.

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Forza d'Agro, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Forza d'Agro hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
