Room was clean, price was right, breakfast was average, walls were thin. The room above us left on loud music throughout the night. Loud enough that the staff moved 4 other rooms. We tried to sleep through it. Finally at 3:00 am I requested the staff try to intervene. They told me that they had banged on the door several times already and the occupant would not answer(probably couldn't hear over the music). The staff would not call the police. They offered to move us to another room, but what good does that do when you have to get up and on the road in a few hours? We would have been even more awake at that point. Cache Valley Electric had a bunch of workers staying there and we confirmed it was one of their employees that ruined our evening. Even though the staff was accommodating, they didn't seem to want to do everything they could to get the noise to stop. I assume this hotel has a contract with Cache Valley Electric for workers that are out in the area. I won't stay here again.

The room and facilities were very clean and the staff was very nice. The hot tub looked like it needed a good scrub so we didn’t dare use it, but other than that it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again.

There is no elevators, so if you have any restrictions for stairs just a heads up. The carpet and walls look old and worn-out. I booked a non smoking room but still smelled like smoke. The shower had a few dark hair. The closet shelf had what looked liked hot choclate splashed on the wall. The beds were good but seemed smaller than a queeen. The sink made a dripping sound all night. The toilet paper holder is was all rusted. The shower water pressure was good. The staff in the breakfast area very friendly and the eggs and card board bacon was hot. The pool looked brown, come to find out they dont use chlorine its something else.

The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, which made for a good start. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the “suite” we booked definitely didn’t feel like a real suite — more like a standard room with a different label. The place is convenient for a quick stop off I-15, and the pool and breakfast were solid perks, but overall it could use some updating for the price.
