A convenient location right off the highway, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The lobby presented well. Unfortunately, the running of the hotel left alot to be desired. Our room appeared clean but all the bedding was wrinkled; pillows, sheets and bed cover were all crinkled up but appeared clean. The showerhead in the bathroom did not work. The water trickled out forcing the user to stand within 8 iches of the wall to get dripped on. We asked the morning staff if we could change rooms but she said they were all booked and our only option was to pay more to upgrade to a suit. We declined but later the evening stafff asked to manager if she could give us a complimentary upgrade and we got the suite for our second night. Much better but we had the hassle of moving all our stuff. The breakfasts were very poor. The first day the coffee machine had only decaf and they ran out of plates. The kitchen staff did not show up so the front desk tried to help us out. There was hardly any food choice or variety. The mini fridge was completely empty except for one bowl of butter packs. No fruit, no yogurt, no cream cheese. The second day, they ran out of milk and waffle batter. At one point there were 15 people standing in the kitchen waiting for the eggs to be cooked as the staff did not anticipate having enough food to be ready. Clearly someone was not managing effectively but the evening front desk clerk was exceptional and really helped us out with our room change.

Checkin was quick and easy. The room was very nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the breakfast couldn’t keep up with the crowd. In all fairness, the hotel was sold out that night.

The Sleep in was an inexpensive overnight stay. It was convenient to access from I 94 and I 29 and there were a variety of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was pretty standard and the hot items weren't actually that hot but other than that, the hotel was fine. I would stay here again on my way through Fargo.

No Coffee

Hotel is clean and in a nice location, a lot of places you might want are close to the hotel. Staff is average, nothing special. Hotel is a good value. Breakfast is well below average, for two days they could not seem to locate coffee....shows a lack of effort. All of the hot items were cold. Room was good and clean. I would not stay here again simply because I like a warm breakfast and coffee in the morning.

We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights and are very disappointed. Upon check in, we found an unmarked bottle of cleaning solution with no lid on the bathroom counter. We also had no bath towels. We should have been told they don’t make up the rooms, we were shocked we came back to the room in the evening to our piled up garbage and unmade beds. Not to mention we ran out of toilet paper in both rooms and had to ask the desk for some. The phone in our accessible room had no cord (not working).. not very safe if we had to call emergency for any reason. There was also very little water pressure for the shower in the accessible room. The hot breakfast was good, but could be improved. There was no fruit on Saturday or Sunday. Monday there was fruit however the breakfast hours were cut short and things were running out such as plates. The management should have planned for a busy Labour Day weekend. Pool hours are fantastic, however my early morning swim led me hunting for towels first as the area was not cleaned yet. My adult son accidentally spilled his candy in the lobby area. My husband asked the front desk for a broom to clean it up and the front desk clerk was busy in a personal phone call and seemed bothered by the request. Between 3 nights and 2 rooms we definitely didn’t feel the value for our dollar. The point of staying in a hotel vs an airbnb is that the rooms are made up daily, a good breakfast variety is available and other amenities that Airbnbs do not offer.

Okay for 1 night stay.

The hotel was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was perfect for our needs. The rooms were smaller than we planned and felt cramped for 4 people. I did find it werid that they had a sign in the hotel that they do not rent to lcoals.
