Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet when I stayed. Didn't get a chance to use pool hot tub or gym. Breakfast was not good. The hot options were cold so didn't eat them. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

It was 85 degrees in the room and the air conditioner did not work. They told us they did not have another room, so we found another motel for the night. Since we had pre-paid, now we have to contact Expedia to try and get a refund.

Beautiful property. Pool was nice. Staff weren't very welcoming as we just seemed to be bothering them. 2 different days the housekeepong staff attempted to just walk in our room. The last day, check out is 12p, 2 staff repeatedly knocked on our door and attempted to enter many times every 1/2 hour srarting at 930a, even though I informed them we are staying until check out at 12p the first time they chose to wake us up and bang the door against the lock over and over.

When we checked in we noticed there was blood on the curtains and in the bathroom on the floor, brought it to the attention of a manager he came right away promised it would be cleaned. It wasn’t. Asked again, came back and still wasn’t cleaned. Crumbs I can tolerate but someone’s blood is pretty gross.
