They wouldn’t let us check in early, it states it’s a 24/7 front desk but it wasn’t the case it took us 20 mins to get the overnight worker woken up smh & the place stunk idk why the smell was but damn

The hotel is being nicely remodeled. Our room for $100 was great. Nice bed. Jacuzzi. Great shower. The other guests though made our one night unbearable. Fromm10pm-4am nothing but cops, stomping, screaming, etc. don’t think we slept more than 30 mins. I want to the front desk 4 times and only once did the employee come out. When he did I gave him compliments on the hotel and told him to go calm things down. Yeah that guy ain’t doing nothing. Great room but if I can’t sleep, what’s the point. Truthfully I want a complete refund.

Honestly really dirty, no clean sheets, big stain under the sheets, bathroom sink leaking and many other stuff. Honestly booked a different hotel that night felt disgusted. And theirs sketchy activities that be going there. Never again and i guess its my fault I should’ve known from the room prices.
