While we were not able to stay at Quality Suites due to a water heater issue, they did get us rooms at a neighboring hotel. The transition to the neighboring hotel went very smoothly and easily. I appreciate the effort.

One of our beds was badly stained. The breakfast was very poor. Our yoghurt was expired. The coffee machine didn’t work most of the time and had to be content with instant coffee. The juice machine worked sometimes and the biggest part of all was we booked it to get away and enjoy the hot tub and the hot tub was boarded up And they claimed there’s nothing they can do about it so we were very disappointed in our visit

It's a nice hotel if you're going to stay one night there is no housekeeping. I stay two nights and they never made the bed or clean the bathroom or get anything so if you only need a hotel for one night this is a good place to stay if you'd like fresh towels or housekeeping you might stay elsewhere

We did not able to use the Hot Tub as it was not working! The room was clean and spacious! I only saw the young man at the front desk on check in and he was very polite but harried, a couple of us were checking in at the same time.

The room was spacious, nice size fridge, the bathroom tap was overly loose. No drane plugs; couldn't have a bath. we had gotten 3 tv remotes none worked. Our room was never cleaned. The hot tub was broken. The pool was closed for cleaning. On a weekend!!? Breakfast; waffles and yogurt was good. Not enough staff. Just an all over bad experience
