Room was clean and fresh… was not ready when we arrived. Staff was polite but not in least bit welcoming. Coffee maker in lobby was broken. Breakfast setting was very nice but eggs were cold even though held in warming tray. Just gave a mediocre feeling of not really caring…. Which is a big change from previous stsys

Overall ok stay. Rooms are dated. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything happening in the rooms around you. Food was not great. Went for a wedding and the grand ballroom was very nice.

Decor and cleanliness, great! A restaurant available for dining or room service is also a great perk. Very convenient to Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, and the Glenn Mills area.

The room had been recently renovated and was clean. I was a little worried because some of the reviews mentioned that the rooms were dirty. The free breakfast was great and had many options. We stayed there Monday and Tuesday night, so it was not crowded. Some of the reviews mentioned it being crowded on the weekends because of weddings. The only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. And I did not notice that in the description of the hotel when I booked.

This property caters to weddings. Load music lasted until 11:45pm. The drunken crowd then went outside and continued the party until 1:30am. Hotel management did nothing. If you are looking for somewhere quiet on a weekend this is not the place to stay
