There was no hot water. I asked the desk about it and was told to let the water in the sink run 10-15 minutes and then the shower would be warm. Tried that and the water did not warm up. I can't imagine I'm the first person to have this problem there. When the outside temp is 9 with below zero wind-chill, it's a problem that the only running water in the room is cold

The staff were great! The rooms could use a new everything though.. stains on every towel so I used my own towels. There were huge food stains on the bedskirt. The fire alarm noise went off for a few minutes every other day. There are vending machine items at the front desk for purchase. They are extremely overpriced but that was expected. There are several restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers nearby. There is a restaurant/bar that is basically in the same parking lot- walking distance. They’re open pretty late so that’s another great convenience!
