Property was average all around, nothing special. The breakfast was good with enough selection to feel satisfied with the experience. Stayed in room 208 which was directly above the middle entrance and Ice Machine. So I could hear the door open and close and the Ice Machine being used.

Room neede towel racks. There was nowhere to hang our towels. Nightstands on both sides of the bed would be good too. The hotel was on a busy highway at the end of town. It was difficult to get to restaurants in the area.

ran out of some breakfast items and the server took way too long to take care of the customer and instead filled all the empty utensils, salt, jams, etc....while we waited for some eggs and bacon to be cooked. not great service!!!

Here in this hotel, I got my worst experience in my life. I was waked up at 1:30AM and my right arm was full of swellings from bed bugs. I even found a few bed bugs on my bed! I have photos and vedios on my arm as well as the moving bed bugs. I came to the front desk, and the clerk told me they never had such problems and the begs may be from the guests (or me!). His name is Mo and he refused to tell me his last name. He gave me another room through. I got back to sleep at 4:00AM. Thanks god the new room did not have bugs!

We have stayed multiple times with my family. The pool is always clean and warm. The hot tub is also nive. There are always plenty of towels. The breakfast is pretty basic, but enough to get the job done. This particular visit i was very happy with the staff. We had an embarrassing incident involving some vomit blankets and towels due to a suck kiddo on our way up. They alliwed us to use the outsude water to rise items off. Having been there before, i know the pool opens at 9am. We lime to swim early and the hotntub isn't warm yet. This time i went up at breakfast time and kindly asked if they could.prep it so it will be warm. They totally did and it was so.niceto have a warm hot tub. The rooms is pretty basic. I have some irritating things about the room, there is one hook. I think there should be more and have even brought a command strip hook before. There is 2 dresser drawers. The closest is RIGHT when you walk in the room and the closet door is hard to open. But leaving it open means you cannot get in the door....soooo i wish the closet either didnt have a door orn one easier to open. The bed....I personally am not a fan.squeaky, not soft at all, the linen sucks but the pillows are pretty nice. The floors are also super dirty. Walking are barefoot our feet got dirty. But overall, pretty nice spot and we will choose this place each time we visit Eureka.

There were a few limitations to the physical facilities that were annoying but not deal breakers. The parking was a bit tight, the breakfast room was cramped, there were no usb outlets in the room so if charging of devices one would need a charger. Also, there was construction equipment going all night outside our room and was very noisy!

Room was fine. Slightly run down, but nothing horrible. The real issue was the smell. We woke up to the strongest stench of bacon permeating our room! Apparently, the staff leaves to door open to the kitchen and the smell travels up the stairway. It was horrible!

The area outside often stunk like raw sewage. Not the hotels fault though. The bed could have been a little softer (just my preference, not everyones). I called the front desk the evening before checking out to ask for a late checkout and was told I can check out at noon but they did not let the next shift know so we got a call at 11:15 asking if we were extending. I explained we were told we could have a noon checkout. She said no one marked that down but it was okay. The hot tub was wonderful and my son and I had it all to ourselves. The breakfast was pretty good, waffle maker, cereal, bananas and apples, mini muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, hash brown patties. I'd stay again, it was priced pretty decently.
