This place was a total dump. It’s old and dingy. No elevator (which was inconvenient for me with 3 small kids and lots of heavy luggage. It says on Expedia that they have cribs available (they did not). The room itself smelled and seemed to be damp with condensation. We found a pair of socks that didn’t belong to any of us and the whole room was dirtier than just about any hotel room I’ve ever seen. There was what appeared to be feces on the walls in the bathroom/shower and mold in the fridge. The breakfast was a joke with waffles that would not cook through (though we found that this was just with strawberry flavored batter), no cream cheese one day and almost no bagels another. Super stale bread and cereal, none of the juice worked except the orange juice which was very acidic. Every night there were loud and rambunctious guests every night outside the in the breezeway to the rooms (and it was almost as if there were zero sound barrier for this). Some of the other guests made us feel slightly uncomfortable/unsafe with their language and approach. Overall horrible experience and I would definitely never stay there again. I think it would be cleaner and safer to stay on the floor of a Walmart bathroom to be honest.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled horrible the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and it was a very sketchy place. Had it not been so late when we got there we would have turned around and left.

The room was filthy. There was a baby bottle under the bed that had dust on it. We moved the chair and there was dirt piled in the corner. We went to the front desk Saturday morning requested housekeeping, clean sheets, extra pillows and towels never got any of them. We tried calling the front desk numerous times and phone was always busy. Sunday finally walked to front desk to request towels. I will never stay at Quality Inn again

Horrible

The hotel needs a lot of work. It is very old and falling apart. I had to walk so far outside alone in the dark to get to my room. I didn't understand that because I passed multiple vacant rooms. Once to my room the switch next to the door didn't work to turn the light on. So I had to go into a dark room to locate a light. It's just got worse from there. I attached pictures and they just don't do the uncleanness and the deterating any justice. The TV had a red line that went through it and not sure what cable provider they use but the channels kept cutting in and out. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This was literally the worst place I have been to. We ended up leaving about an hour after we arrived. It was dirty, noisy, and we did not at all feel safe there.

Check in was smooth. Had to wait a few times at the desk for someone to come to help us with towels and such. We had no hot water 1 morning out of 3 but they had it fixed with in an hour and all was ok. All in all wasnt a bad stay for the price. We would stay there again.

Staff was really helpful. The first room was so bad that they moved us to a second room. The whole place is just rundown though, but you also get what you pay for it and cheap hotel. * if you’re looking for a real breakfast, this might not be your favorite place to go. They had waffles, toast, and bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

The rooms are ok, need to do better at cleaning them, we had used bars of soap left in our bathroom and the vents were covered in dust. Beds were comfortable, the staff was limited. When we went to the desk for anything we had to wait quite a while for somebody to get there. The best part is the bar/restaurant very good food and service! Will stay there again because of that.

If we hadnt booked thru expedia so the fee was nonrefundable we would not have stayed here. It was rundown & smelled strongly of pot. The bathroom was so bad we thought if we showered we'd be dirtier than we began. The tub edge was very mouldy, non slip strips in tub 1/2 peeled off, the exhaust fan was very noisy. Overall a disappointing experience. The door didnt lock properly
