The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed being able to open the window and let in fresh air. The water in the shower was very hot with good pressure and the towels were clean and soft. The desk clerks were very friendly.

Staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Room was very clean and they even gave us clean linens and towels every day (unexpected). Only a cold type breakfast was available - would be nice if a warm type was also available. Great location near coastal downtown Encinitas.

The staff were great when we checked in. As they handed the key, they said to check the room to our liking if not they can switch us to another one. My first time to experience this. Bravo. The shower was above par. Amenities are okay. The room was clean and the bed had the right firmness we like. Pillows were a little soft for our liking. Cable TV was nice, my darling saw Hallmark and she's happy. We loved that we were in the 2nd floor and thinking that we can see the sea but kind of disappointed. Overall, loved our stay. Will be back when we will have our group meeting in that area again. Bravo Zulu.
