Worst staff in 20+ years of going to all-inclusive resorts. Not sure if it’s a training issue, or if the staff simply don’t care. Never refilling beverages, or even saying “hello”. Same related to servicing the rooms. Some days there was no service, some days just switch towels/tp, but floors were not cleaned. In general, service was inconsistent and incomplete everywhere around the resort (rooms, restaurants, gym, pool).
Food was very average. If you want to eat at the steak house, you need to wait in line since 5pm, for a 6pm opening. A little ridiculous… why not reserve ahead of time? And again, food is average, and service very poor.
One good thing is that the staff enforced smoking rules, and didn’t allow kids in the pool bar (inside the pool). This allowed for a more pleasing experience around the pool bar. Not overcrowded!
It’s a public beach, and the vendors were “right there” at the entrance. Lots of them. They were not pushy, but they for sure obstructed the nice view and definitely affected the vibe.
Unfortunately I would not go back there and wouldn’t recommend it. There are way better places at better prices elsewhere.
