Hotel staff was great as they were courteous and helpful. Limo ride to hotel a good option for first time tourists. VIP check in went smoothly. Club Residence has a good view with a variety of food and drinks for both morning and evening. Our room was clean and comfortable but dated. Location is excellent for the cities main attractions.

"Hotel in the busy market"
We had frequent trips to Vietnam so this trip our team picked this one. It's good overall, they have a nice view over the busy Bien Thanh Market in HCMC, but the rooms are not noisy. The wardrobe door is shared with the toilet, sliding to the left closes the bathroom, leaving wardrobe open. I usually keep the ventilation fan on all the time, but the switch also links to the bathroom light, so one switch for light and ventilation fan. If I close the bathroom door before sleep, wardrobe light will turn on. So I have to keep the wardrobe door close Only two electrical sockets at the work desk, and one is already used by the desk light. Will have problem to connect the other one with travel plug since the space is tight. Air conditioner blows straight to the work desk, not a good design if you used to work naked or only with underwear. I had to move the chair to the other side of the TV for work. Wifi connection is ok with mobile devices, but not stable with my computer, slow and disconnects often.

Always stay at this hotel every time I came back to Saigon. Great hotel with good breakfast buffet. Centrally and conveniently located. Still don't understand the merit of the 1/2 enclosed shower that allows water to flow out to the bathroom floor. However, extremely pleased with my stay. Pasteur street is always crowded therefore quite dusty to the outdoor sitting area. Need to do something with the drop off hotel entrance where motorcycles, pedestrians, arriving/departing hotel guests, taxis and bellmen seem to fight each other for space.

Located next to Ben Thanh market and walking distance to many other sites in Central HCMC. Easy walk from Giant Ibis bus stop. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, especially man who helped with luggage and grabbed a taxi for us when leaving. Would stay here again.

"Brand new, modern design hotel"
The new, sleek hotel is a 15 min walk from the center. The roof pool is great; it could just use more seating. The free snacks and minibar are great. The staff is super helpful. Our room had a great view but was a little tight

"Excellent hotel "
Hotel was one of the best we've stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the room was very comfortable and lovely, and the buffet breakfast was delicious and extremely high quality. The free afternoon tea was a great touch as well. We have already recommended this hotel to a few friends and on return to Ho Chi Minh City we will stay here again!

District 1 is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in District 1, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your District 1 hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
