We were warmly greated with a cold glass of mazoe ,check in waa pleasant and we got 2 rooms next to each other .We had requested adjoining rooms but just got 2 rooms next to each other ,no big deal we made it work. Our porter insisted on walking us to our rooms and explained all the room features and that came in handy as some features needed explanation. The next 2 mornings breakfast was served from 6am -10 am with lots of varieties. Food waa well prepared and hot,our tea was served promtly and they had soy milk as a non diary milk option which was delicious!!!.We enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of towels and enjoyed some drinks by the pool which was not crowded at all.We ate from the hotel restaurant:Spurs and the food and service was excellent. Our overall 3 day 2 night stay was marvellous can not fault this hotel for anything at all.Well done guys!! Keep the standards going!!

I'm unsure where to start, because my partner and I enjoyed our stay at the lodge. From the staff to the dishes it was all flawless. We loved it. The staff were so friendly and just made the holiday enjoyable that much more. Everything was great. The breathtaking view from the restaurant looking at the watering hole made breakfast, lunch and dinners something worth looking forward to. There is no shortage of wildlife around the lodge and by the watering hole. Overall we loved it.

Excellent service, wonderful, delicious quesadillas. Have lived in Mexico for 27 years. Terrific quesadillas, original. Pollo Loco and a bunch of Central American and Indian food of course, ditto for Chinese, and who could overlook pizza. Everything within walking disrance, some streets off to cars. Markets for tourist items which are sold even in Zanzibar, Nairobi, Uganda, etc., come from here but it takes effort to hunt them down. But once you do, there are hand-painted cloths, with my new favorite, pearl fowl. Saw the splendid avenues lined by aging Jacarandas, not in bloom but THERE.

Generally OK, but we were kept waiting rather too long at reception on arrival, no-one offered to help with our bags and the restaurant said it wasn't authorised to add our meals to the hotel bill.
Minor points, but all adding up to something less than full satisfaction.
