We had 3 spacious rooms on the first floor with a very good view of the surrounding area. The rooms included a separate sitting area and a dressing area. We had breakfast on the balcony every day and it was glorious.
The staff were very obliging, especially helping our 89 year old mum in and out of chairs and also allowing her to use the easy routes to get back to the room.
The hotel gave us information and booked the rafting on the Ganges River. It was a very good experience.
Access to Wi fi was good in the main hotel.
Walks to the river were interesting.
Although the rooms were comfortable, they just needed a little repairs e.g one room had no tap tops oin the spare(dressing room) and another the taps leaked.
The food was good

I wanted to settle my account by a Visa card. The manager in charge quoted me a different amount I agreed while biking with Expedia. When I asked him about this he took a bit of offence saying ,"I know the price of the rooms, and I am not going to refer to Expedia on what I agreed to pay". I repeatedly told him I booked through Expedia, but he was not agreeing. Then he called someone and told me that I could pay a different amount, which was still not the price I agreed to in Expedia. I basically stopped there and told him that I'll take care of this in the following morning.
The person in the morning was a pleasant chap and to my pleasant surprise did quote me the exact amount I agreed to in Expedia. Howeaver, none of their machines could process the three Visa cards I had. I just walked half a mile to get the cash out from a bank ATM using one of those cards and settled the bill.
I did not have complementary internet which is a shame for any 5star hotel. I had read another review before about this, but did not believe it. Now I do.

Little far off from main road but looks spacious considering the landscape in the hill station. Good and caring staffs, complimentary pick ups and drop offs by hotel vehicles from/to the main road are appreciated. Restaurant is reasonably good. Rooms are comfortable but the house keeping staffs should make sure they provide basic items. I could not find any small towels in the bathroom. The parking area is noisy at the nights. It is hard to sleep if your room is close to the parking area in the front.

This is a nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small. There was a window side bench but no chairs in the room.. That apart, the hotel is well maintained, quiet, has a small patio /garden and a good view down the valley. I found the hotel staff to be very good and helpful and I recommend the place strongly.
