The room was very comfortable with lovely little touches such as Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, free bottled water by the bed each day and a wake up call if asked for with a complimentary hot drink and it was scrupulously clean. The beds were so comfortable. It had free English news channels and you could pay a reasonable price of £2.70 to watch current DVD's. The staff were so friendly. Try and get the breakfast included in your room as it really is wonderful - the breakfast buffet with all sorts of really delicious treats such as daish pastries, cakes, bacon, sausages, cereals, salmon, meats, cheeses, different types of eggs etc etc (too many to name). The restaurant at the hotel was superb and we ate there a few times it really was top quality with excellent service. This is a wonderful hotel to stay at and if I we ever return to Kiev I will certainly come back to this excellent hotel.

"The hotel is very well thought out. Great service."
We stayed there for one night with my parents. The hotel is in a neat and quiet location, some staff members are extremely caring and forward-thinking. I also like their policy as to no overnight guests.

We had a marvelous experience at the Historic Londonskaya Hotel. We liked it so much that we up graded to the Marcello Mastroianni suite thanks to the wonderful personal touches and friendship of Gubanova Marina, sales and conference manager. She even invited us to see a Ukranian Christmas show at the hotel's theater that was not a tourist event. It was exceptional. The suite was like an elegant, two story apartment with bay windows, finished with huge beautiful curtains, The furniture was classy and very appropriate to the formal style. It had an impressive veiw of the Port of Odessa on the Black Sea. The Londonskaya has hosted many famous people including the presidents of Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, and Turkministan, and famous artists like Pavlova and the above mentioned Marcello Mastroianni.
